Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A new de luxe version of the Commer Compact van was announced yesterday to strengthen the existing range (featured in the Chrysler supplement in this issue).

The new option available on 1500, 2000 and 2500 models offers greater safety, increased comfort and styling improvements. Standard features include luxurious seating and interior trim, padded facia, larger rear view mirror, cigarette lighter, ashtray, hazard four-way emergency flashers, a maximum-security steering 'column lock and increased sound insulation. External improvements include fully chromed bumpers, distinctive badges and chromed hub caps.

Improvements to the standard van include a new-style instrument panel with safety rocker switches, a high-security steering column lock, painted hardboard cab door panels (not available on sliding door models) and a new-style exterior nameplate on the rear door.

Two engines are available, a 1.72-litre Chrysler petrol and a 1.75-litre Perkins diesel with a choice of manual or automatic transmissions. Three different operation payloads are also available, I5cwt (762kg) 18cwt (914kg) or 22c wt (1117kg).
