"THIRTEEN of the 109 people killed I. on the roads at Easter were in goods vehicles—mostly passengers. Mr. Tom Fraser, the Minister of Transport, who reported this to MPs last week, added: This is a higher proportion than for the year as a whole, and suggests particular hazards in the use of goods vehicles for pleasure trips."
Ten of the 13, he noted, were aged between 15 and 24.
