Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

rtA UNIT designed primarily for the mixing of a secondary fluid with water in predetermined quantities has been developed by Manley and Regulus Ltd., Wolverhampton. Known as the Regulus Dispenser, it is fitted in the pipeline to the water outlet (a spray gun, for example), and has a connection piped to the secondary fluid.

The flow of water through the dispenser draws the secondary fluid into the unit where it mixes with the water. After a selected time, clear water is discharged so that when used for washing down purposes the first phase would be with water and detergent and then clear water for rinsing off. Variations in water pressure are claimed not to affect the ratio of water to secondary fluid.
