WE regret to record the deaths of Mr. Edwin Bramble and Mr. R. Hastings. Mr. Bramble, Newcastle-upon-Tyne haulier, garage proprietor and motor agent, died at the age of 57. He began his haulage business from his West Denton home in 1922, moving 12 years ago to new premises in Newcastle. Mr. Hastings had been engineer of Guinness Transport Ltd. since 1955, having formerly been with Thos. Allen Ltd., at Park Royal. He was a member of the Council of, the Institute of Road Transport Engineers.
