I. R. Muir, said when he deleted seven vehicles from an A licence belonging to a London ' haulier on Tuesday.

Mr. Muir had called an inquiry under section 178 (I) (d) of the 1960 Road Traffic Act, to consider whether or not to revoke or suspend the nine-vehicle licence of Ongar Motors and Transport Co. Ltd.. because of a false declaration made in an application for the renewal of. the licence.

Mr. J. H. Garrett; transport manager of Ongar Motors, said that he realized when he made the renewal application that seven of the vehicles were no longer being used by the company. He had telephoned the L.A.'s office about this
