Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The Editor, " CONIMERCIAL MOTOR. "

Sir :•• I take in your informative journal every week, and I read it front cover to cover. It is without exception the host paper devoted to the heavy side of motoring that I have seen. Can you tell me why none of the tuo:or omnibus companies have yet put self-propelled vehicles on the Fulham Palace Road? I live at Putney, and have to go to the vicinity of Oxford Circus each morning, returning in the evening. Motorbuses at present connect up Hammersmith Broadway and Shepherd's Bush. Now, if only one of the various bus concerns would put a motor on the Fulham Palace Road I should, with some hundreds of other City men, be able to go from Putney to Shepherd's Bush, and from there by either " Tube " or omnibus to the City. I hope this letter will catch the eye of one of the route managers, with a useful result, because there is a lot of money to be made. I enclose my card, and am—Yours faithfully,

" PurNEv."
