Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

JOLODA is one of the few companies that can truthfully boast an impressive track record. Others may have equally good or better records, but, despite claims to the contrary, not on the track.

Joloda's performance has encouraged Wojtek Kordel, managing director, to do a Thompson and, with two colleagues, Alan Gillson and John Critchley, to buy the company from York Trailer Holdings. John Critchley was the first employee when Joloda was formed by George Johnstone in 1964. Baking for the new venture has come from the Government, Midland Bank and Liverpool Development Agency.

I have a horrible feeling that before long the purchase of a company by its management or staff will come to be known as Thompsonisation. I promise not to be the perpetrator.
