Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE FIRST right-hand-drive articulated bus designed for Britain has arrived in the UK to begin a series of operator evaluation trials. Launched as the "Bendibus", it is a Man SG 220 model based on German VOV designs and similar to buses in service in many countries.

The 17-metre three-door bus is powered by the MAN D2566 11.4-litre naturally aspirated 6-cylinder 164 kW (220hp) underfloor engine coupled to a Voith D851 fully automatic gearbox with build-in retarder and is equipped with a hub reduction rear axle and air suspension.

"Bendibus" seats 63 passengers with additional room for 96 standing.

Independent safety devices are fitted for each door, and a handbrake interlock.
