Lep Transport Ltd has appointed Frank Kennedy as its Liverpool export manager. He has been with the company for 14 years, and was previously assistant export manager with responsibility for American traffic.
Geoffrey Heywood becomes a part-time member of the National Bus Company board on September 1. A senior partner with a firm of consulting actuaries since 1952. he will serve with NBC until the end of 1983.
Lincolnshire Road Car's new chief engineer is Frank Carter, assistant chief engineer with East Yorkshire Motor Services. He succeeds Peter Kennedy who is now chief engineer with Western National.
The Thames Valley and Aldershot Omnibus Company (Alder Valley) has created a new post of traffic administration officer for area manager (north) Chris Lewis. His successor is Bracknell district traffic superintendent Andrew Taylor.

Budget Rent-a-Car International's new president is Robert Frost. A native of North Wales, he has been with Budget since 1974 as its executive vice-president for Europe and the Middle East and managing director for Budget Rent-a-Car (UK) Ltd.
Eddie Torr, Kismet Dynaflex general service manager, has become its service director based at Rotherham.
Peter Stephens has moved from being assistant keeper (transport) at the Science Museum, London, to become director of the new London Transport Museum which opens at Covent Garden late next year.
