The Road Transport Industry Training Board is not going to seem the same when Kenneth C. Turner, its one and only chairman, retires next month after 12 years. During that time he has withstood attack from all quarters with good humour but with unswerving dedication to the cause of education and training. He will leave behind a monument to his almost overpowering fervour.
