A copy of the report will be forwarded to the traffic area office and Shrewsbury goods vehicle testing station, together with the company's proposals for implementing its recommendations; • all authorised vehicles will have a thorough and effective pre-MoT inspection; • in the event of the operator being unable to comply with any of the undertakings, for reasons beyond its control, it should contact the office of the TC without delay to explain the situation.
