in your legal news pages on the revocation of the 0licence belonging to Angus Transport Services (CM 7-13 March). You stated that it was revoked for financial reasons. However this is incorrect as, in fact, the partnership running Angus Transport Services was
dissolved some six weeks prior to the public inquiry—hence there was no need to supply financial information as we were effectively surrendering our 0-licence anyway.
In actual fact the partnership has free funds in excess of 211:}0,000.
