Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

II A breakaway group of four former Lease Plan UK executives has formed a new vehicle leasing company, called Leasing Principals.

With its new Scottish partners, G I Leasing of Paisley, the firm will concentrate on the contract hire and leasing of light commercial vehicles and cars.

It is headed by managing director Tony Elliott, commercial director David Neale, sales and marketing director Steve Pilgrim and operations manager Christopher Pearce. All of the new board held senior management positions with Lease Plan. Ian Jeffrey, former managing director of G I Leasing, is to be company secretary.

Leasing Principals will be offering a contract hire-withprofit share scheme which shows the make-up of the contract rates to the customer, and offers the lessees a fifty-fifty share in any net profits which arise when the deal is terminated.

Leasing Principals is a subsidiary of Brooksight Interna tional, an industrial security consultancy specialising in the location and recovery of lost, stolen or mislaid industrial containers.

The new company will have its headquarters at Isleworth in Middlesex.
