Two basic forms of van body onstruction are being offered: onventional aluminium and irp-plywood panelled. The aluninium boxvan Cargo bodies re said to give improved iayloads for particular Cargo hassis models. Some are lower han the tare weights of their Deries predecessors.

The Cargo-tailored bodies take :oachworks into a new "cube" ategory at the top of the range. -1 each of three gross weight lasses (6-8 tons, 9-13 tons and 5-16 tons gvw) three different angths are listed, corresponderg to short-, medium-, and ng-wheelbase chassis models 4.04, 4.9 and 5.94m (13ft 3in, 6ft 1in and 19ft 6in).

Standard body height is 2.13m 7ft) in all cases, while the width 3 2.1 8 m (7ft 2in) for Cargo chasis up to eight tons gvw and '.3m (7ft 7in) for heavier nodels. All dimensions are inernal.

' For the first time Coachworks are offering boxvan bodies in its standard range of more than 1,000cuft capacity. The longest boxes for the heavier Cargo models have a "cube" of (1,035cuft (29.3cum).

Standard specification on all the van bodies includes an aluminium underfrarne, plywood floor, rear roller shutter, galvanised steel door frame, external rub-rails and internal tie-rails.
