Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Rateliff has introduced standard size tail-lift assemblies which are available off the shelf and can be fitted by bodybuilders in about 8 man-hours. Models available cater for payload capacities up to 2 tons and the smallest, the Quickfit, weighs about 355 kg (7 cwt), 'including power pack, and incorporates an hydraulic ram in a beam below the floor to ease its fitment to a wide range of bodies.

The 1-ton capacity model is a proven American design and fits beneath the van or truck rear overhang. Equipment weighs about 450 kg (992 lb) and costs £500.
