Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Glasgow monopoly

I refer to the report headed ''Glasgow sorts out monopoly-. I do not know the source of your information but the situation is that the Greater Glasgow Passenger Transport Executive is having the discussions with Scottish Bus Group with a view to producing by the autumn a scheme for the experimental relaxation of the restrictions in one corridor into and out of the city.

This experiment will be studied in full detail so that the effects on passengers both long and short distance and on the operations of both Scottish Bus Group and Passenger Transport Executive may be ascertained. Thereafter the intention is that conditions will be devised which will allow, as far as it found desirable, the progressive relaxation of the restrictions throughout the city.
