Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A RECONDITIONING scheme to bring any make of curtainsided trailer up to the same specification as the Boalloy Tautliner has been introduced by the company.

For about £700 Boalloy will convert a trailer by adding a J:lotton underside rail with hooks to support vertical tensioning straps. An additional bulkhead often has to be added.

Instead of the standard winding drum fitted to recent Tautliners, an overcentre cambar tensioning device has been used for the conversions. This avoids the need for a new bulkhead and is similar to that used on the Boalloy Localiner. The front pole of the curtain has •a lever near the bottom, which when pushed flat against the bulkhead tensions the curtain in a single movement.

The conversion price includes the fitting of a new Tautliner curtain made from Trevira pvc-impregnated polyester material. The new refurbishing service is additional to a conversion scheme operated by Boalloy for flat trailers.

This trailer, right, not a Boalloy Tautliner, has been brought up to a similar specification for its operator ICI.
