THE DEPARTMENT 0 TRANSPORT is to make study of the need for a net crossing over the Rive Severn, and the working part will be making a study of th terms of reference of a full scale feasibility study.
Transport Minister Norma Fowler detailed the DTp' moves in the direction of new crossing last week whe he answered a question fror Buckingham MP, William BE nyon.
He said that the initial stud would be looking at the likel development of traffic flow and the capacity of th existing crossings and acces routes before a decision i made on the feasibility study.
