IN National Express has tamed its own operator licer and is setting up a small operating fleet of four coach to supplement the 1,000-plu fleet of coaches hired in fro' National Bus subsidiaries an from other private and publi sector operators.
The coaches, which all operate from Birmingham, a a new Gardner-powered double-deck Neoplan Skylim (pictured), a secondhand Mt cedes-Benz-powered Skyliner, and two Leyland 1 ers with Caetano Algarve coach bodies.
The National Express owned vehicles will operate services between the North West, Midlands and London airports, and on the Birming ham-Stranraer run.
