• Papers to be presented at the annual Institute of Traffic Administration conference, May 17 to 19, at the Regent Hotel, Leamington Spa, include "World Containerisation—progress report", by Norman H. 'Easley, editor Containerisation International, and "Cargo handling on short sea routes", by Ian Trelawney, director and general manager Felixstowe Dock and Railway Co.
A forum consisting of David Webster MP, Leslie Huckfield MP, Derek Joyce, chairman, Transport Users' Joint Committee and Arthur Hughes, divisional officer, United Road Transport Union, will discuss "Management and Human Relations as related to the new Transport Bill".
