Wyvern runs a total of 55 trucks and 64 trailers, has another facility in Kettering, Northants, and is a member of the Fortec pallet network, as well as Linq Alliance.
The firm’s name and logo comes from the wyvern – a mythical creature, half-dragon and half-serpent, combining the strength of the dragon with the guile of the serpent.
Alfred the Great ruled over Wessex between 849 and 899 and carried the wyvern on his battle standard in his battle campaigns through Wessex and Kent.
