Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

IRISH HAULIER MANAGH International Transport has bought the business and vehicles of Northern Irish firm Towmac Transport.

Managh is based in Cashel. Co Tipperary, and concentrates on international work, as does Bangor, Co Down firm Towmac.

Towmac was set up 32 years ago by Jimmy McClements as a towbar manufacturer; it diversified into transport in 1988.Towmac is Managh's first purchase in the UK.

"Everybody's happy and nobody owes anybody anything," says Towmac's co-director Margo McClements. "Jimmy would like to spend more time on motor sport —it's what he's known for."

Towmac is retaining its yard and the business name; it will continue running one logistics contract using subcontractors.

"Towmac is a very good fit with us," says Managh's transport manager, David Moloney. "The reason Towmac was bought was that it was a company that was run 100% efficiently."
