• Eurocove, of Grimsby, received an absolute discharge after Penrith magistrates accepted it was blameless for a gross overload on the tractor unit of an artic carrying a Customs-sealed container. But it was fined £100 with £47 costs for allowing the vehicle to be driven by an unqualified driver.
