Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

to be good Euros

• The Road Haulage Association's single most important aim between now and 1992 is to "appreciate that we are good Europeans", directorgeneral Freddie Plasket told members of the RHA international group last week.

The association is "doing its best in putting over to British hauliers the importance of Europe", he said.

The group was visiting Renault's truck factory near Caen, France, as guests of Renault and Brittany Ferries. At its AGM on the ship Duc de Normandie, it elected Derek Cookson of Robert Armstrong as its new chairman.

Duncan Barbour of Barbour European, who had been acting chairman since the resignation of Russ Peters in December, told members that he did not want to continue in the post full time. He remains vicechairman, and is joined by Geoffrey Cave Wood of Cave Wood Transport.
