ON BEHALF of people living and working along Archway Road in North London, I wish to thank the many lorry drivers who now use the newly opened M25, instead of driving through London.
We also wish to thank drivers and hauliers who have changed their operating times to observe the new ban on hgvs entering the road from the Archway roundabout at night.
Archway Road is becoming a better place to live and to bring up children, and we can sleep at night again. We are grateful to all those drivers who are making this possible.
