Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

CHAMBERS and Cook (European Services) Ltd has purchased seven new trailers with purpose built bodies in which to carry urgent parts for Caterpillar earth moving equipment.

Body builders Lawrence David Ltd of Peterborough have converted a standard 12.2m (40ft) flat semi-trailer into a T1R Tilt by adding removable side pillars. The five dropside doors along each side are underslung so that they drop below the side rave to provide greater protection during loading.

The sides are vertical for 0.9m (3ft) and then hollow section crossmembers slope to meet at an apex at 1.4m (4ft Bin) above floor height, forming a superstructure that can be dismantled by the operator when required.

To provide complete weather protection for the cargo, a fully tensioned tilt fits down to the dropside doors. The rear portion can be rolled forward to provide space for a fork lift truck to be carried to improve handling and give a quicker turnaround time at service depots at Winsford, Highbridge and Cardiff.
