• Dust and fume removal is made easier using Blackhawk's Duststar BSP200.
The portable machine is connected to the electricity and air supplies. Power tools and vacuum hoses are connected into it and when the tools are used the vacuum starts automatically. A pneumatic system shakes the filter to dislodge dust, which is collected in a bowl ready for removal.
Blackhawk has also launched a computer-controlled MIG welding system.
Wire feed is adjusted by the operator at the gun: a microchip then adjusts the current and gas flow to suit, If the feed wire sticks to the workpiece the rollers automatically slip, and changes in feed wire diameter can be made without altering the rollers.
Blackospace is Blackhawk's range of hardware for suspend ing working equipment from arms or gantries, It is a pre-wired modular system which allows electrical and pneumatic tools to be lifted out of the workspace when not in use. In addition to the electrical and air supplies it carries a vacuum system for dust extraction.
