Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Two men appeared before Cleethorpes Magistrates last week charged with the manslaughter of truck driver Derek Bailey, who was found burned to death in his cab.

Kevin Fielding, 38, and Darren Wringe. 16, both from Grimsby, were also charged with arson.

Emergency services were attending a truck fire at Sainsbury's Homebase in Grimsby on the 28 June, when they discovered the driver's body (CM3-9 July).

The father-of-four had delivered a load of ornaments to the store and was sleeping overnight in his vehicle before making his return journey to Devon. A stack of pallets close to his truck had been set alight, and the flames then spread to the cab.

Bailey had been working as a long-distance driver for Barnstaple-based CH Brannan for just seven months.

In a statement, the company says: "Derek Bailey quickly became a valued member of staff going about his duties in a quiet and efficient manner. Everyone is shocked by the news and clearly our thoughts are with his family at this sad time."

The two men are in custody and will appear at Hull Crown Court on 11July.
