Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Police are hunting for thieves who stole two trucks belonging to Owens Road Services containing 11m of copper last weekend.

The first truck, a blue ERF contained 26 tonnes of copper wire when it was taken from the Smithfield carpark in Ludlow. The second, a blue Volvo carrying raw copper was taken from the Broad Street carpark in Leominster. Both went missing between Saturday 5 July and Monday 7July.

Llanelli-based Owens' general manager Duncan Kiley says: 'The police believe that it was an organised gang who had a customer ready to accept the goods."
