Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

demonstrated last month when a would-be stowaway fell to his death from the top of a trailer in Casablanca.

The man was trying to cut into one of the trailers operated by John Mann International, based In Sleaford, Lincolnshire, which specialises in bringing hanging garments back from Morocco.

General manager David Kite says that stowaways climb on to the top of vehicles and try to hack their way into the vehicle with machetes because they know that the metal is thinner on top.

The latest death was caused because the stowaway fell off the vehicle when it was moving and was caught under the wheels.

Kite adds: "It happened on the 15 June but the driver, Richard Cameron, was held until the following Thursday while the police did their work. And of course late delivery penalties apply no matter what the reason for the delay."
