• Ten £100,000 Leyland Olympian double-deckers with Northern Counties bodies have been delivered to Busways as part of a 22m investment programme.

Eight will go into service with Sunderland Busways and two with Economic Services of South Shields.

Ten Scania double-deck DRB 113 chassis, to be bodied by Walter Alexander, are on order.
