Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

From Hefla come two warning lamps. The SWBL2 is a combination amber-flasher warninglamp and torch, the amber flashing section being visible over 3,000yd at night. The white flood beam gives a powerfu spread of light for roadside repairs.
