Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• First production models of the Dockwalloper, York Trailer's new container-bodied city delivery van, are now being completed at the company's Northallerton container plant. The Dockwalloper is claimed to be an exceptionally rugged vehicle, ideal for withstanding the bangs and scrapes of alley and loading-dock manoeuvring. In fact York refer to it as a "knock-about" van, The Dockwalloper, which comes in 20 and 30ft lengths, is basically a steel ISO container mounted on a single-axle running gear and provided with landing gear, a rear bumper and a 2ft long tailshelf to facilitate loading-dock operations and kerbside loading and off-loading. Normally it will be supplied ready for the road, with the non-container components—tailshelf, running gear, landing gear, etc.—welded to the body. But it can be supplied as a bolt-together assembly, a feature which gives it an interesting export capability. With the non-container components stowed inside the body, the Dock walloper becomes its own self-contained package and travels as a standard ISO container.

Recommended list price (i.e. before deduction of fleet discounts, etc.) is from £1,355.
