THE R.H.A. highways and vehicles committee has accepted the idea that Association members notify fellow members when their vehicles are seen emitting black smoke. A standard postcard is being prepared on which the information can be given. It is understood that the T.R.T.A. had previously approved the idea of such a scheme and the two associations are getting together to work out details.
