NEXT season, New Brighton Trade Development Society, Ltd., is to continue its scheme to encourage coach owners to bring larger numbers of visitors to New Brighton. The proposal is to award a series of prizes based on the results of competitions to be held separately during the months of May, June, July, August, September and October. Prizes will be given to those coach owners who bring the largest numbers of visitors.

There will be a monthly prize of a silver cup, as well as £10, to be distributed between the successful drivers. The winners of the competition in May and October will receive 250 gallons of petrol; June and September, 200; and July and August, 150.

IN connection with the absorption of Gough's Welsh Motorways, Ltd., Mountain Ash, by Red and White Services, Ltd., the latter company has intimated to Mountain Ash Urban District Council that it will take over as many as possible of Gough's employees.

Mr. W. E. Gough, principal of the acquired business, is to manage Red and White operations from Cardiff.

The Neath Omnibus Co., Ltd., taken over by Eclipse Saloon Services, Ltd., Clydach, Swansea, an associate of Red and White Services, Ltd., will, it is announced, continue to be run under its own same.
