TO HELP goods vehicle operators cope with the complex programme of road transport legislation which is to take effect during 1967-1968, the TRTA has prepared an explanatory leaflet.
Subjects covered by the leaflet include annual testing, plating, type approval, defective vehicles, operators' inspections, spot-checks, h.g.v. driving licences, increased penalties, brakes, food hygiene, headlights, noise, rear reflectors, seat belts, tyre wear, vehicle dimensions, and the conveyance of inflammable liquids.
