Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Kent Sweepers of Rochester has taken delivery of a beavertail transporter from Andover Trailers. The body has a 13° gradient to cope with the low ground clearance of many of Kent Sweeper's 250-strong hire fleet, which includes sweepers of all sizes.

It is fitted to a day-cabbed ERF EC8 28RR3 6x2 chassis with a 280hp Cummins engine and nine-speed Eaton transmission. Steel suspension is fitted up front, with 315/80 tyres. The rear is air sprung and runs on 295/60s tyres.

The specification includes hydraulically powered toe ramps, steel-mesh non-slip driving surfaces, a remote-control electric winch and five pairs of heavy-duty lashing points.
