• A bottle of champagne is on offer to workshop managers that complete a questionnaire being sent out by Total Oil. It is designed to help Total define its workshop support package called "The Works".
Having just launched The Works, Total hopes to define which services are of most value to workshops. Those signing a deal with Total for the supply of lubricant may also be able to make use of the company's design service or financial consultancy. The Works also covers workshop equipment and items such as coveralls.
