within the MAT Group, has opened a new depot and warehouse complex in Zwijndrecht, near Dortrecht in the Netherlands.
The depot will provide warehousing and distribution services for any company requiring them in the Rotterdam area. From Zwijndrecht MAT Transport can arrange for the distribution of goods to all parts of the Netherlands, throughout Germany and beyond.
In addition to a large warehouse, the new building includes office accommodation, a groupage depot and workshops for MAT's new fleet of 12 tilt and flat trailers. Coinciding with the opening of the new depot, MAT Transport has increased the frequency of its groupage services which operate between Zwijndrecht and London, Birmingham, Glasgow, Hull and Manchester.
