In future the Associati( seven District Committees comprise representatives Sub-Districts (formerly areas). The number of Nati( Council representatives fr Districts will be based on m bership numbers and not subscription levels as at pres This will have the effect of rer ing the National Council m bership from over 60 to al 40.
