Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Vauxhall is extending its Network Q used car programme to commercial vehicles, promising the best prepared second-hand vans on the market.

Vans of all makes up to four years old and with fewer than 100,000 miles on the clock are eligible for the programme, which gives vehicles a 114point service.

The scheme is already running at 40 of Vauxhall's Van Centres, with plans in the pipeline to extend it across the entire 195-strong network. Every Network Q used van will be backed by a six-month, unlimited distance warranty which can be extended to 12 or 18 months. Also included is six months' pan-European Network Q Assistance with the AA, which guarantees a replacement van for up to two days if the operators vehicle cannot be repaired within four hours.

Details of the nearest participating dealer can be found at www.network-q.co.uk. This site will eventually carry details of individual vans, allowing users to search for their ideal vehicles.
