WERNESSHIRE HAULIER D&D Fraser has submitted an application for an 0-licence for four vehicles and 10 trailers. Scottish Traffic Commissioner (TC) Joan Aitken previously found it was operating on the licence of a related but now defunct company and was therefore unlawful. TC Aitken said director Donald Fraser had wrongly operated four vehicles and seven trailers on the licence of Fraser & Sons, a partnership business he had run with his brother Hugh but which had ceased trading (CM 12 August).
