Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AN ABERDEEN driver who walked out on his job after being blamed for an insecure load has lost his claim that he was unfairly dismissed.

An Aberdeen Employment Tribunal heard that on 9March Kevin Gallacher was driving an artic carrying pipes from Aberdeen to Netherley when part of the load was lost. His employer, Colin Lawson —trading as Cohn Lawson Transport — was on holiday at the time. The Tribunal concluded that Gallacher had voluntarily left his employment. He had removed personal items from his truck, including the CB aerial, during his conversation with his employer and then said he was leaving. The firm had also offered him a load for Glasgow, suggesting dismissal was not intended.
