An isle of Anglesey operator of an agricultural tractor has been ordered to pay fines and costs totalling £454 for brake defects. John Williams of Llangaffo, Caerwen, pleaded guilty before the Ynys Mon Magistrates to using a vehicle when the mechanical brake components and actuators were not roadworthy.

Williams was fined 1290 and ordered to pay prosecution costs of £164.
