A MEETING of The British Motor I—I Corporation, Ltd., last week resolved to increase the authorized capital from £35m. to £36m. by the creation of an additional 5m. ordinary 5s. shares. It was stated at the meeting that acceptances had been received from 97+ per cent. of the holdings of Fisher and Ludlow.
