Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Fuel Club co-founder Jim Wallace is asking fuel suppliers waiting for cut-price diesel to Ire patient, as deliveries could take another week to arrive in the UN.

The consignment of 40.8 million litres of fuel was due to land at Immingham last week (CM, 28 November), but Wallace says unforeseen difficulties with storage have led to a change of plan.

Fuel Club now hopes to reroute the fuel to Ipswich, and perhaps to Cardiff. "The fuel is sitting in Rotterdam, and we hope it will be here by the end of the week," Wallace told CM on Monday. ''It's a major logistical exercise to get the fuel here, but it will happen--we've done it in other countries before."

However, the hold-ups have left fuel suppliers doubtful about the scheme's success. One supplier says: "I am sceptical about the whole situation."
