Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Our popular legal clinic returns to the CV Show in April. Patric Cunnane explains how to book a free consultation with a top transport lawyer.

Spring is round the corner and once again the industry looks forward to the Commercial Vehicle Show as a chance to check out the latest tools of the trade in the spacious halls of the NEC. It's also a chance for readers with burning legal questions to take advantage of our free legal clinic, now in its third successful year.

Last year we helped with myriad queries about the Working Time Regulations, which were introduced into law during the week of the show. This spring you will no doubt be exercised by the introduction of digital tachographs and the forthcoming changes to 0-licence regulations.

Whether you are a driver or an employer, you may also want to know about your obligations under the EU Driver Training Directive. Or how about the changes to drivers' hours which will amend the rules on daily and weekly rest?

The field is yours. Whether your question is about domestic law, international law, employment law, health and safety law or training law, our experts on road transport legislation will do their best to help you.

The CM stand will include a private office for our legal clinic and you will be entitled to 30 minutes with one of our legal experts. Participating legal firms include Hill Dickinson, Backhouse Jones, Barker Gotelee, and, new for this year,Woodfine Foinette Quinn.

It makes sense to book an appointment using our legal hotline and let us have brief details of your question so that our experts can come prepared.

But if this is not possible, don't worry — we will happily try to accommodate you on whichever day you visit the show. Just introduce yourself at the stand and we'll help you then and there, or book you an appointment for later in the day.
