• A second rural minibus service in East Lothian is to be started it was revealed this week. East Lothian County Council was the first Scottish local authority to guarantee a rural bus service.
Now two of the district councils in its areas, at. Haddington and Prestonpans, are to subsidize a twice-weekly service between Haddington and Port Seton.
