Kevin Harper has been appointed chief executive director of the Primrose Third Axle Co Ltd, Blackburn, Lancs. Mr Harper was previously a production specialist at the Chrysler truck plant at Dunstable.

A. E. Butler has retired as London Transport mechanical engineer (rolling stock — buses) and has been succeeded by C. F. Greystock (see Meet Charles Greys..tock, page 55).
