GRANTS made by the Motor and Cycle Trades Benevolent Fund last year totalled £25,583, compared with £22,382 in 1949. Twenty-seven more applications for relief were received in 1950 than in 1949.
New enrolments and reinstatements increased to 2,375 last year, but, mainly because of an overhaul of records, membership figures showed a decline of 623 to 14,731.
